Phoenician Re-Zoning Information
Now under new ownership, The Phoenician Luxury Resort will be adding 381 new residential units including condominiums, town houses and single family homes. The 643-room resort, one of the largest in Arizona, was sold to Host Hotels & Resorts in June 2015 for $400 million.
The new re-zoning and re-developement plans were filed with the Phoenix Planning Department on Friday, November 11, 2016. Below are links to copies of the submitted plans.
