ACMNA OPPOSES this request, as the required four variance conditions are not met.
Requested:
Use permit for a detached ADU located between the primary home and the front property line (Camelback Rd).
Variance to reduce the north/front setback for the ADU to 20 ft (40 ft required).
This is a follow-up to ZA-148-25-6 (approved April 3, 2025) for a use permit allowing an ADU in this location, approved with the following stipulations:
2 years to obtain building permits
ADU roof height must not exceed the primary home
ADU must match the site plan dated Feb 26, 2025
