City of Phoenix Traffic Complaint Hotline at 602-534-7733.
You can you use this number to report a variety of traffic related issues including but not limited to, speeding, illegal parking, and school zone enforcement. Traffic concerns may also be emailed to traffic.complaints@phoenix.gov
